7 Bloggerinnen und ihre individuellen Looks in einem weißen Top und Jeans
Das Wetter war jedenfalls bislang mehr als wechselhaft und allzu oft habe ich eher zu Hosen als zu Kleidern greifen müssen. Daher sind meine Beine auch immer noch blass!!
Ein sommerlicher Look bei angenehmen – nicht heißen Temperaturen – ist dann ideal für eine Hose kombiniert mit frischem Weiß. Damit ist dann wenigstens die Farbe sommerlich und ich trage sie in dieser Jahreszeit besonders gerne und häufig.
Genau diese Kombination Weiß + Jeans ist heute das Thema. Und das nicht nur bei mir, sondern bei allen Mitgliedern der „The Over 40 Collective“, deren website in Kürze online gehen wird.
Wir 7 Bloggerinnen (in diesem Post habe ich alle vorgestellt) haben uns eine Marke ausgesucht und jede hat dort ihr Lieblingsteil bestellt. Dieser Post ist nicht gesponsert, wir haben alle Teile selbst gekauft!
Marks & Spencer
Die Wahl fiel auf Marks & Spencer, eines der größten und traditionsreichen Unternehmen in Großbritannien, das sich an eine eher etwas ältere Käuferschicht richtet – also uns! Während M&S in Deutschland zwar keine Ladengeschäfte, aber einen sehr umfangreichen Online Store hat, gibt es in UK davon unzählige und die Marke ist einfach allgegenwärtig.
Mit unserer Aktion möchten wir 7 Bloggerinnen 40/50+ zeigen, wie wir die weißen Basicteile individuell stylen. Für mich hieß das: ein Touch Eleganz muss trotz Jeans sein!
Meine Bootcut Jeans von Tchibo in dunkler Waschung (damit auch bürotauglich!), mein eleganter Blazer von Madeleine sowie dunkelblaue Wildleder Sandaletten aus der letztjährigen Kollektion von Boden komplettieren mein Outfit. Als Farbtupfer kommt dazu meine tomatenrote Tasche von Accessorize (ziemlich viele britische Marken stelle ich gerade fest, aber dafür habe ich ja eh ein Faible…)
Ich hatte noch ein paar klassische Blusen und lockere Tops in der Auswahl, aber dieses schmale, stretchige Top mit U-Bootausschnitt fand ich einfach besonders toll und es passt auch super. Jetzt ist es übrigens für nur 6,95 € im SALE erhältlich!
7 Blogger – 7 unterschiedliche Stile
Wie schon erwähnt, meine britischen Bloggerfreundinnen sind mehr oder weniger mit Marks & Spencer aufgewachsen, während es für mich mein erster Einkauf war.
Demnächst zeige ich Euch ein lässiges olivefarbenes Midikleid für den Sommer, sowie meinen Look aus der aktuellen Twiggy Kollektion von Marks & Spencer.
Nach meinen Fotos zeige ich Euch alle Looks meiner Bloggerfreundinnen – ein Besuch auf ihren tollen Blogs lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, auch wenn Ihr nicht Englisch sprecht, denn die Fotos und Looks sind wirklich klasse!

Styling Challenge – The Over 40 Collective
7 Bloggers and their individual looks featuring a white top and jeans
Even when I am opting for trousers I still want to add a fresh summery touch and that means I am wearing a lot of white right now.
The combination of white and jeans is today’s challenge taken on by all members of „The Over 40 Collective“ (our website will be online soon!)
I have introduced you to all 7 bloggers in this post and we had a brainstorming session which brand we will select for our challenge.
Marks & Spencer
We agreed on Marks & Spencer, one of the oldest and best known British high street brands which is also targeting the German market now. Despite the absence of any M&S stores in Germany, there is an online shop which delivers to Germany as well.
The aim of our style challenge was to prove you can look good and trendy in a basic white top and jeans in your own individual style. For me that was sticking to my favourite elegant touch even when I am wearing jeans!
I chose bootcut jeans by Tchibo (the dark wash is suitable for the office too!) my elegant blazer by Madeleine and navyblue suede sandals from Boden’s last year’s collections. My red bag by Accessorize added a nice dash of colour (only then I realised I was mainly wearing British brands – but you know, I love the UK!)
There have been several tops and blouses which I really liked but in the end I went for this bodycon top as I am in love with off-the-shoulder and boatneck lines. Currently it is available on SALE!

Oh, and we had our summer arrive in the last few days – a mini heatwave with temperatures in the low 30s. We're back to normal again today, back to low 20s. The weather's all over the place!

I think the boat neck is particularly flattering in lieu of an off the shoulder top because you're still able to wear a bra. Also I'm loving how you chose the red bag – Gorgeous!
